A word about translation/ interpretation

Translation in a strict sense refers to written text whereas interpretation is an oral rendition in a different language.

Translation is primarily done by people even though translators now use a variety of technical aids to management quality and projects as well as speed up the process.  Still, the knowledge and skills of an individual translator are what determine how well a translation is executed.

 Sworn translations

A sworn translation may be required for official purposes. In the Netherlands, a sworn translator, or registered translator, meets the educational and professional requirements set by the government and is registered with Bureau WBTV (https://www.bureauwbtv.nl/). CPD is compulsory for sworn translators. Please contact me if you need a sworn translation in any of the following language pairs:
